The international audit firm Deloitte reported the yearly list of the most high-developing retail chains in the world. The top list includes 250 world retailers, which are the most successful in a global basis.

The Wal-Mart company has taken the lead. The British retail chain Tesco has been the second, and American Costco — the third. The French chain Carrefour has taken the fourth place in the list.

The German retailer Metro has been the seventh. There are also Russian companies in the list. Among them are: X5 Retail Group (58), Magnit (65) and Dixi (192).
