A business deal between German company Metro Group and French retailer Auchan Groupe on the subject of hypermarkets Real sale is completed. According to the terms of transaction, several dozens of trade enterprises, which work in Russia, Ukraine, Romania

It is important to note, that Real hypermarkets, which work in Turkey and Germany remain under the Metro Group rule. This is due to fact, that Auchan is not represented in these countries. The transaction amount equals to 1,1 billion euros.
